Influence of toxic management on development of crisis situation within the organization: Review of Russian reality.

The turbulent times give rise to various crisis situations within the organization. It is generally known that crisis is an objective phenomenon in the socio-economic system and lies at the bottom of a human activity. In many cases just this human nature of a crisis in a company is its reason and source. Hence, comprehensive analysis of a human factor of crisis situations will allow people to develop means of the preventive measures. Herewith, it is necessary to consider such major components of a crisis situation within the organization as employees' crisis, and a phenomenon of the toxic management making destructive impact on personnel, organizational climate and performance of company.
