The integration of digital technologies into daily life has raised concerns about the psychological effects of unbalanced use. Digital Life Balance (DLB) refers to the perceived harmony between online engagement and offline experiences. This study validated the Ukrainian version of the DLB scale in a sample of 350 participants (76.9% females). Participants completed the DLB alongside measures of anxiety, psychological flexibility, affect, life satisfaction, smartphone addiction, social media engagement, and bedtime procrastination. Confirmatory factor analysis supported a one-dimensional structure, with satisfactory internal consistency (ω = 0.87). Measurement invariance was established across gender (configural, metric, scalar, and strict), while scalar invariance was not supported across age groups. DLB showed positive correlations with life satisfaction and positive affect, and negative correlations with anxiety, psychological inflexibility, negative affect, bedtime procrastination, smartphone addiction, and social media engagement. Individuals with clinically relevant anxiety reported significantly lower DLB. The Ukrainian DLB demonstrates good reliability and validity for research and clinical applications.

Abstract
The Ukrainian DLB demonstrates good reliability and validity for research and clinical applications.I documenti in IRIS sono protetti da copyright e tutti i diritti sono riservati, salvo diversa indicazione.
