The present paper present a bibliometric analysis on the actual research interest on the use and application of Artificial Intelligence systems to the different need of elderly in the field of business and management. The Elderly population is a now a Grand Challenge, the United Nation declared the next decade as the decade of healthy ageing we would analyze what is the actual research interest on the use and applications of Artificial Intelligence systems to the different need of elderly and how are the emerging themes that could allow to arrive to an Elderly Intelligence Management.
