The article explores the impact of sustainability in work psychology and corporate training. Using a blended approach, the research analyzes how sustainable practices affect employees’ psychological well-being and the effectiveness of corporate training programs. The results show that sustainability can improve the quality of working life, increase motivation and reduce stress. The managerial implications suggest the adoption of company policies that promote sustainability to achieve long-term competitive advantages. Sustainability has become a central theme in business and academic discussions, influencing various areas, including work psychology and corporate training. This study aims to explore the intersection between these domains, using a theoretical framework that integrates selfdetermination theory and stakeholder theory. The research methodology combines qualitative and quantitative methods, including in-depth interviews, surveys, and case study analyses, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the phenomenon being studied. Preliminary results indicate that sustainable practices can significantly improve employees’ psychological well-being, reducing stress and increasing job satisfaction. In addition, corporate training programs that integrate sustainability principles are effective in promoting sustainable skills and improving job performance. The managerial implications suggest that companies should adopt flexible work policies, psychological support programs and initiatives to promote work-life balance. The originality of the article lies in its ability to integrate two fundamental theories for understanding motivation and organizational behavior, offering an innovative theoretical framework for understanding how sustainable practices can influence employee well-being and business performance. In addition, the article stands out for its innovative methodology and focus on the practical implications of the results, offering concrete recommendations for companies on how to integrate sustainable practices into work psychology and corporate training. Companies that adopt these practices can improve employee well-being, increase motivation and engagement, reduce turnover and absenteeism, improve business performance, strengthen their reputation, and contribute to the Sustainable Development Goals. These benefits can lead to long-term success and increased competitiveness in the global marketplace, but also contribute to a more sustainable and prosperous future.
