The second edition of DARE/Dialogues Artistic Research Enhancing 2025, curated by Carla Conti, takes place on May 13/14/15, at the Santa Cecilia Conservatory in Rome. DARE, from the English verb 'to dare' is the acronym of 'Dialogues Artistic Research Enhancing' but it refers to the Italian verb 'dare' / to give too, with all its meanings in the context of creative environments and educational processes. Conceived into dialogues on Artistic Research, DARE's primary aim is to open a reflection between different critical-methodological aspects, with experts from various disciplinary sectors (professors, PhD candidates, artists and researches) in a trans/extra disciplinary perspective, and to create a space for discussion on reflection and experimentation of research, emphasizing all kind of exchange in artistic practice and learning-teaching contexts and contents. DARE is in collaboration with the international project of the Jean Monnet action, entitled EUPROGEMS / European Union as key factor to Promote Gender Equality through Musical Studies 2023/26 (responsible Carla Conti), and a section of the conference will be dedicated to the issue on Gender Equality, the 5th goal of the EU Agenda 2030, with the Italian universities' module holders of the Jean Monnet projects. DARE is in collaboration with other two projects too: OooO2 - Opera Out of Opera Creative Europe (responsible: Michelangelo Galeati) 2022/25 and EAR - Enacting Artistic Research (PNRR leading institution ABA Roma).
