This study focuses on the contribution of the concepts of entrepreneurial self-efficacy linked with resilience and reputation management in pandemic context. The qualitative research approach with semi-structured interviews among women entrepreneurs in tourism and hospitality setting in Sri Lanka was employed. This research provides new insights about entrepreneurial self-efficacy and resilience and reputation management, enhancing its usage during the adversity/pandemic and growth stages of the business. Most research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy has focused on quantitative aspects. Therefore, this research fills the gap of longitudinal findings on entrepreneurial self-efficacy and reputation management.

Abstract
