The present study aimed to investigate the relationship between the perfectionism concerns and depression with the mediating role of burnout. Furthermore, the study tested the interaction between work-family conflict and perfectionism concerns on burnout and the interaction between work-family conflict and perfectionism on depression. Conditional process analysis was used for testing direct and indirect effects on a sample of 275 Italian workers. Results confirmed the mediating effect of burnout in the relationship between perfectionism concerns and depression. In addition, the work-family conflict moderated the relationship between perfectionism and depression but not that between perfectionism and burnout. Results are discussed in light of the original contribution provided, as well as limitations
