The study presented in this chapter examined the contribution of Intrapreneurial Self-Capital (ISC) in relation to both perceived employability and career decision-making self-efficacy, controlling for the effects of personality traits. One hundred and sixty-four participants were administered the Big Five Questionnaire (BFQ), the Intrapreneurial Self-Capital Scale (ISC), the Dispositional Measure of Employability (DME), and the Career Decision Self-Efficacy Scale Short Form (CDSES-SF). Hierarchical regression analyses showed that ISC explained a percentage of incremental variance beyond that accounted for by personality traits in relation to both perceived employability and career decision-making self-efficacy. The results suggest that ISC represents a promising resource for promoting employability and career decision-making self-efficacy for workers in the 21st century in a framework of sustainability of career and life project in the liquid and unpredictable scenario of the XXI century.
